Families invited to free Touch-a-Truck event at Ivy Tech Fort Wayne April 29

Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne’s Early Childhood Education Program and Office of Student Life, along with the North Eastern Region of the Indiana Association for the Education of Young Children are offering this year’s free Touch-a-Truck event on April 29 from 9 a.m. to noon. Children are invited to explore many vehicles, which may include limos, bulldozers, trolleys, dump trucks, fire engines, food trucks, RVs, and more. 

Touch-a-Truck will happen rain or shine with dedicated volunteers and community members sharing their time. Attendees should be aware that the event may feature loud truck engines and horns, so everyone is encouraged to bring ear protection.
