Graduates of the Technical Scholar Program are eligible for full time entry-level employment as maintenance technicians at BFGoodrich with salary projections of $55,000 or more annually.
“The BFGoodrich Tech Scholar Program is an industry-driven, high-quality career pathway where individuals can obtain paid work experience, classroom instruction, and portable industry-recognized credentials,” said Trevor Faull, Ivy Tech Fort Wayne and Technical Scholar alumnus. “This program has allowed me to achieve careers goals in rewarding and efficient ways that a normal four-year degree would not have been able to.”
