This fall, Kelty’s Kafé will serve breakfast and lunch items at Ivy Tech Community College’s Fort Wayne Campus. As part of the Hospitality Administration program’s pantry and breakfast class, students will make and sell breakfast and lunch items and will each serve as manager on duty for one week. The Kafé will offer a variety of breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, and crepes as well as lunch paninis, salads, and snacks. It is open to the public.
