DETAILS:
Ivy Tech Community College’s Wabash Site is hosting Monopoly Night 2018. The fundraiser invites participants to play the board game, bid on silent auction items, and support student scholarships.
Purchase tickets, which are $30 a person and include dinner, at IvyTechMonopoly18.eventbrite.com. There will also be a cash bar.
This year marks the event’s ninth anniversary. In the first eight years, it raised more than $145,000 for scholarships.
“We have been able to help students complete degrees, stay in college, and get their books on time,” says Pamella Guthrie, Wabash Site director. “I often get comments about how much fun Monopoly Night is from people who attend the event.”
