Barbara Oakley, an engineering professor at Oakland Unviersity in Michigan, will speak at Ivy Tech Community College about global learning and her upcoming book, “Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects.”
The event is being hosted by Ivy Tech’s TRIO Student Support Services, which offers services to students who are first-generation, are low-income, and/or with disabilities.
