Papagiannis
Ivy Tech Community College’s Fort Wayne Campus has hired Jim Papagiannis as the new assistant director of Resource Development. His responsibilities include building community relationships to increase awareness of Ivy Tech and raising funds for College programs and scholarships through the Ivy Tech Foundation. His duties also include identifying new individuals and organizations to create mutually beneficial partnerships among them, the College, and the Foundation.
At Ivy Tech, Papagiannis says he wants to see more community partnerships and increased funding to start a successful, fully funded baseball program and, longer-term, help create a front-of-mind perception for Ivy Tech in the community.
“We need to continue to show northeast Indiana that we are a premier higher education option for both recent high school graduates and adults wanting to expand their education,” Papagiannis says.
Previously, Papagiannis served as the treasury management officer/assistant vice president at Old National Bank. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University.
