Special Cuisines class to host Spanish dinner

The Special Cuisines class at Ivy Tech Community College Northeast invites the community to join its students, faculty, and staff for a Spanish-themed dinner at 6 p.m. Feb. 18.

The multi-course dinner will include an appetizer, salad, soup, and entrée, including vegetarian options. A sampling of the menu includes:

  • A tapas assortment, including cracked, marinated olives
  • Cocido madrileño, a stew with chicken, beef, chorizo and vegetable medley
  • Spanish-style cheesecake and creampuff

To make reservations, which are required, visit IvyTech.edu/northeast/dinners or call the Special Cuisines line at 260-480-2002. Dinners are served in the Hospitality Room on Coliseum Campus (3800 N. Anthony Blvd.) and are $25 each. Pay on-site with cash, check, or charge. Wine is available for an additional cost.
