College to host USMC car show, American Heart Association Heart Walk on Sept. 12

WHAT:
The USMC Cruz-In presents its fifth annual Car Show Stereo Competition and cruise-in.

WHEN:
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 12

DETAILS:
The competition benefits Hiking for Heroes and features live music by HotRod Kings. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, and lowriders pay a $10 entry fee. New this year, the cruise-in will include a lowrider bicycle category, which pays a $5 entry fee.

The American Heart Association Heart Walk

DETAILS:
The Heart Walk supports the northeast Indiana region of the American Heart Association, whose mission is to build healthy lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. To start a team or donate to an existing one, visit fortwayneheartwalk.org.
