Ivy Tech Community College−Northeast is hosting Indiana’s Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition Feb. 16.
Six teams of eight students will compete against each other to protect and strengthen their mock company’s IT system while also handling the day to day administration of a company’s technical infrastructure. Teams will participate from Ivy Tech−Northeast, Ivy Tech−North Central, Trine University, Indiana University Southeast, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and Indiana Tech.
The winning team from Indiana will go on to compete at the regional competition in Palos Hills, Ill., and from there the winning team will compete in the national competition in San Antonio, Texas.
