Ivy Tech Corporate College is bringing the third installment of Disney Institute programs to Fort Wayne. “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service,” a full-day program hosted by Ivy Tech Corporate College with marketing partners Indiana’s NewsCenter, The Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce and Gordon Food Service, will take place on Wednesday, April 11.

This program will teach area professionals to examine the model for delivering world-class guest service and discover how attention to detail creates a consistent, successful environment for both employees and customers.
