Ivy Tech Community College Kosciusko County is offering a new Applied Organizational Leadership Studies (AOLS) Certificate starting in fall 2025, and students who live and work in Kosciusko County could get their tuition paid for thanks to the Don Wood Foundation.
AOLS is an 18-credit hour program that will run classes on Mondays from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Ivy Tech Kosciusko County Site. Students will learn about different skills and tactics for being a successful leader from six different courses:
- AOLS 101 (Aug. 25 – Oct. 17): Applied Theories of Management & Leadership
- AOLS 103 (Aug. 25 – Oct. 17): Organizational Culture & Change Leadership
- AOLS 201 (Oct. 27 – Dec. 19): Followership
- AOLS 202 (Oct. 27 – Dec. 19): Team Leadership & Conflict Resolution
- AOLS 203 (Jan. 12 – Mar. 6): Multicultural Leadership
- AOLS 204 (Jan. 12 – Mar. 6): Leadership & Personal Development
Tuition sponsorship is available for ten students living and working in Kosciusko County. Applications must be submitted before classes begin on Aug. 25. Those interested can apply at link.ivytech.edu/aols.
