Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne’s Grasshopper food truck officially opens for the summer 2025 season on June 10. The truck will serve lunch Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and dinner will be available Thursdays from 4:30 to 7 p.m.

The public can enjoy favorites like Mississippi pot roast poutine, cranberry pecan chicken salad wrap, shrimp po’boy, and so much more. All food and desserts will be made by Ivy Tech’s Hospitality Administration students and faculty. Outdoor seating will be available for guests.
