As part of the Special Cuisines class, Hospitality Administration students at Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne will create and serve international cuisine to the public. Students write the menu, cook the meals, gain experience in a real-world professional restaurant setting.
There will be two dinners this November. To make reservations, which are required at least 24 hours before the dinner, visit link.ivytech.edu/dinners. 60 spots are available each night. Dinners are $25 a person.
The menu for Nov. 2 will include minestrone, mozzarella arancini, chicken marsala, pork osso bucco, lemon and pancetta penne, and Italian roasted vegetables. Dessert choices include panna cotta or olive oil cake.
