Ivy Tech Community College Northeast is seeking community and College submissions for the College Library’s eighth annual Edible Book Festival next month.

Show off your creative baking skills by making an edible book for the festival. To participate, complete the online registration form by March 13 at libguides.ivytech.edu/ebfregistration.

The Edible Book Festival invites book and food lovers to create, display and taste “edible books”—dishes based on a book or a pun of a book title. The festival is from noon to 2 p.m. April 7 in the Student Life Center on North Campus, 3701 Dean Drive. Edible books will be on display for public viewing from noon to 1 p.m., then consumed by attendees from 1 to 2 p.m.

Last year’s Edible Book Festival had 28 entries.
