The Special Cuisines class at Ivy Tech Community College–Northeast invites the community to join its students, faculty and staff for an á la carte African dinner March 22. Community members will get the opportunity to sample traditional African fare while supporting students, as they showcase their culinary talents. All dishes will be based on the cuisine of the featured region. There will be five courses.

Dinners are open to the public. They are located on Ivy Tech’s Coliseum Campus (3800 N. Anthony Blvd.) in the Hospitality Room (enter door 24 on the north side of the building). Cost is $20 per person, cash or check only.
Reservations are taken for times between 5 and 6:30 p.m. and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. To make a reservation, call the Special Cuisines line at 260-480-2002.
